personal mission
My mission is to motivate by providing an academic and social foundation for later success. I will provide opportunities for every student to lean and reach their highest potential. Students will reach their potential by me continuing to strive to differentiate my instruction. My demeanor as well as my classroom will be warm and inviting.

Your mission appears to be very thorough. You care about the student academically and social aspects of each student. You even mention how you are going to meet that, by differentiating insruction. I'm looking forward to getting to blog with you.
I have to agree with Mary. I think your mission is very thorough. I also like that you differentiate instruction because students learn in so many ways that one way of teaching may not impart the knowledge they seek.
I think differentiating instruction is very important. Students learn differently and at different rates. Aiding a student to become successful by working with their stronger learning capabilities is the only way to encourage their academic growth.
